Is velro an official WhatsApp solution?
Yes. velro runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). You connect your WhatsApp Business Account through Meta Embedded Signup.
Do I pay Meta as well as velro?
Yes. velro is your software subscription. Meta bills conversation and message charges separately based on category and country. Meta pricing is outside the velro plan fee.
Can the whole team use one WhatsApp number?
Yes. Multiple agents share one inbox with roles and assignment, so customers always message the business — not a personal phone.
What if we already use the WhatsApp Business app?
You can connect with coexistence where Meta allows it, keep using the phone app, and work the same chats from velro. We guide you through the right path during onboarding.
What’s included vs plan limits?
Modules such as inbox, broadcasts, teams, CRM, chat flows, and AI — plus quotas for contacts, agents, campaigns, and more — depend on the plan you choose.
